What this pre-algebra solver covers
Pre-algebra is the bridge between arithmetic and algebra. Numbers stop being the whole story and letters start standing in for values you have to find, but the problems still stay close to everyday situations — splitting a bill, working out a discount, figuring out how many weeks of saving it takes to afford something. It is the grade 6–8 core, and it is where most students either get comfortable with symbols or start avoiding them.
